I am Jessica Wilberforce. I worked as a Solicitor in private practice and for the Local Authority for 5 years before I became a mum, and now that I am ready to return to work I decided to become self-employed to achieve a good work-life balance.
I qualified as a professional Will-writer through the Society of Will Writers and I set up Jessica's Wills to provide Wills at what I think are fair prices for everyone.
I'm fully insured, and my prices are fixed so there are no nasty surprises.
I offer prices that are much less expensive than you would find on the high street, and I can meet where convenient to you.

I'm not interested in fleecing anyone; I am not fierce (!) and I will listen carefully to your instructions, answering any questions you might have.
My Wills are accurate and reliable and every bit as good as those you could pay twice as much for elsewhere. I aim to get your finished Will to you within a week of taking your full instructions and will do my best to accommodate an even quicker turnaround if you need it, for example if you are going away and want the Will finalised beforehand.
I can offer suggestions about how to minimise tax on death and on all other situations such as appointment of guardians for your children, or dealing with legacies in a non-nuclear family, to make sure that your wishes are reflected accurately.
I am also able to advise on Local Authority Care Home Fees, since part of my work for the Local Authority involved advising it on how to recover assets to pay for such fees.
